As the director of business agility at Aligned Agility, Jean brings much experience in customer success and automation to the forefront. With her business and financial analyst background, she can quickly identify opportunities for business process and performance improvement. By translating those opportunities into actionable outcomes that can be measured, using the OKR (Objectives & Key Results) goal-setting methodology, Jean guides organizations on how and where to improve and helps them stay accountable for making those improvements by tracking OKRs. The other critical aspect is agility: flexing to the environment as the situation changes is critical to any business to keep it moving forward, keeping up with the times, and delivering value along the way versus the outdated “waterfall” approach, which may no longer be relevant by the time it’s been deployed.
