Elizabeth is a certified Atlassian professional and is currently in the role of a solutions architect at Expium. Her background in managed care (Centene Corporation) and biotech (bioMérieux) as a business analyst and former experience in medical technology afford Elizabeth a deep understanding of business operations within the context of regulatory compliance. With her MBA and BS in medtech, Elizabeth has established herself as an expert in agile design.
Vicky holds a Master’s in strategic communications and leadership, as well as a Bachelor’s degree in marketing research and advertising. With her prior experience in customer service and support at the Better Business Bureau (BBB), American National, and in other IT-based services companies, Victoria has had oversight of training programs, customer success, client outreach, advertising, and promotion for several companies. Her Atlassian and SAFe certifications support her in her current role as solution architect at Expium. Victoria’s expertise has helped Expium recently achieve its Atlassian ITSM Specialization.
